I was blessed enough to see Osom, Parasense, and Fatal Discord at a Chikyuya party on Mt. Fuji that featured a the unbelievable Funktion 1 sound system. The fact that Gil will be on one blows my mind. `(•.°)~
I just saw him recently rock oregon, I cant believe its only 11 days away!!!

I am going to go to this Goa Gil gathering! 
Tribe.net is down again. Someone send me the directions, will you? See you there. That's starting Saturday near dusk, right?

Wow, I have a few friends and acquaintances to meet and say hi to. I am looking forward to it.
I was going to go somewhere else this weekend, but things worked out this way. Now I'm starting to think this is a good thing as Goa Gil is old school and I need to know what it is so that I might be able to relate what I have experienced this past year and envision what it is that all of you have been able to see grow and evolve into to this present day.
I might be able to bring one person along up from Santa Ana and vicinity, though my truck will have many things in it, a ride is a ride. Let's all cheer the ever lowering price of gasoline. I plan to arrive early and stay to the end. A ride with me depends on where it is being held and where it is that you might be coming from. I'm bringing shade unless it is the place that Psytribe held a gathering at near Agua Dulce a few months ago. That place had lots of trees and my shade structure wasn't needed at all. Leaving it behind will make for more room in the truck. Could even bring a third person in that case though someone would have to lay in the back. Yes, I have no airconditioning.
I'll come as usual and try to be prepared. Any of you that know how a 24 hour set goes can certainly stop by and give KEVIN some advice. Otherwise I'll wing it and try to keep energy for the whole if it. I can imagine a few questions I might have. I am not going to bring a birthday cake. Last time I did that, it didn't survive the trip there too well. Luckily Willy happened to have refrigeration and the cake was salvaged even if not looking so good from wear and tear. How old is Gil?

Perhaps I'll get to the trance place again? Hmm, but then that will leave me spent and exhausted. Worth it though, so I guess I'd better bring water and an extra shirt. To pace one's self or not to pace one's self, yep, I'm just going to wing it and go with the vibe I get from my surroundings and fellow dancers. A proven system that ongoing research has confirmed.

Could you clarify your remarks about my post? I just can't seem to find what it is that you are refering to. I mildly speculate about one location in reference to me needing to bring shade, but after scrolling through the five previous pages I saw that that location is also mentioned a few times and nowhere is any location confirmed. Directions most certainly do have utility! Perhaps it is the public posting of them that you are concerned about? I didn't do it! I don't even know where it is! I asked that they be sent to me. I did not ask for them to be posted. And these mines in the state that you speak of. I'll stay out of them, people fall into them and are never seen or heard of again. One of the locations I've been to a few times has so many mines in one part of it that we just avoid wandering over there, especially during the night of a new moon. What does "keep tie" mean? As my sixth grade teacher used to remind us children, tomorrow never comes because when it is tomorrow it is today.
Thank you Lolita for giving me impetus to actually scroll through and read the previous five pages. I did get answers to some of my questions from reading other people's posts. I am glad that it worked out that I will be able to go to this gathering. And I am glad to see that friends I have made at previous gatherings will be there for this too. Aside from being happy to see them, I can also get guidance from them and goadance with them. If this music is as psytrance can be when played that fast and furious style I've heard a few times, then I need to be prepared, of mind and body. Or I can sit in my chair and let others do it, but that's not my intention as I need to get what I can while I am still able to experience it as it intended. It says "Redefining The Ancient Tribal Ritual for the 21st. Century" in the title page. This is exactly the kind of thing we should all be a part of.
