2 Room Show
Featuring...
Psyon: Hailing from Mexico, Jorge just played with Digicult at the massive Audioterapia event for New Years. He always brings fresh new music to the club and keeps the dancefloor rocking.
Angel: Angel and Chris first met in the summer of 96. Chris had already had a year into the club scene. Angel came down to Organix which at that time was called Revelations, a thursday weekly trance night at the now gone Twilight Zone to promote and get Chris involved in a party ironicly called Genesis. This marked the beginning of a great friendship, the end of Revelations and beginning of Organix. Angel has been a part of Organix since 1996, teaming up with Chris for almost every outdoor and indoor all night show they've done. Having thrown parties in some of the most unlikely of all spaces including parking lots, helicopter pads and outside an incenerater.
Chris: Chris is a label dj for Phantasm Records and creator of Organix. Chris did a radio show at Uvic on CFUV before he'd hit his teens, and did numurous crazy house parties in Victoria before moving to Vancouver in the early 90's. Getting more involved in the club scene, starting out doing light jockeying in numerous Vancouver nightclubs, this eventually led to a residency where Organix was born in 1995.
Mythril: Mythril is known for his deep morning sets with uplifting melodic messages and thumping, groovy basslines, graceful launches and gentle landings. His versatility ranges from neo full-on and progressive psychedelic trance (saiko, not psycho), to breakbeats, asian remix, psy dub and mid-downtempo that you can dance to.
Rj Solo: Rj Solo needs no introduction. Dropping down wicked sets wherever he plays. Blowing everyone away at Shambhala to rocking the dancefloor at Club 23. Rj is very versatile, from tribal, techy morning sets to full on power floor fillers. This is a result of his dedication over the years to building up a huge library of music.
Jay Micheal: Jay Michael has been heavily into music ever since he can remember. Growing up on rock and metal he always found himself attracted to the darker sides of music of all genres. He made the transition to electronic music in the mid 90's evolving out of the likes of Tool, Nine Inch Nails, and Radiohead. He began djing around 97 and became heavily addicted to the smell of new vinyl. After a few years of developing his skills he began playing underground parties in Calgary Alberta. Eventually forming a special bond with a few other like minded dj's in the same city eventually forming Area 709.
