Really?
On a serious not love for me, after 11 year with my partner, is about finding a person who you can commit you whole being to.
A person who you trust beyond all others, who you can share your biggest fears and your moments of glory with, without fear of being judged or hurt.
To be able to selflessly sacrifice every minute of your life, every penny you earn and every ounce of your spirit so that they also can enjoy their desired quality of life.
To want to hold, touch and kiss that person. To treat them gently and to give them a complete feeling of security and comfort in this world which is so full of hurt, anger, violence, abuse and intolerance.
To be able to go to bed, and wake up, each and every day knowing that your life in whole and complete simply because that one person is in it.
To want to creata family, to share your own blood family and to care wholly for them no matter what the level of care required without being frustrated or angry.
These things are all a part of true love for me.
I know I am lucky because I just know that I gave had it for these past 11 years and I cannot wait for tomorrow so the next day of this amazing life can begin to fill me with the wonder of my partners existence, and to share both our daily experiences an grow together in this world.
I hope that all people find their true love in this world, because I know plenty who have never found, or have lost this for one reason or another, and live a life of pain and suffering instead.
Valentine's day? Sure it is commercial, but you don;t have to let it be. I'm going to be in town with my partner, and I am cooking a nice dinner and we'll just watch some of our favorite dvd's. Nothing too expensive, no need to buy a gift (but I'll get her flowers of course hehe). Just to share this moment and enjoy like every other moment together.
Actually, didn't even realize it V day until I saw above post, and this evening had been planned so it doesn;t even count

oh no please, i definitely prefer it without love ( i need my minutes for myself:)))))))).
no seriously. this valentine will be the best valentine in my life ever since at leat 10 years  . no need to prepare stupid jpegs in photoshop and much more stupid greeting videos or presentations. i will wake up and feel the most free being on the planet!
btw do you know that on this valentine jupiter and mars will meet astrologically. it will be very special occasion. jupiter and mars dont meet every day and every year.....

i think that love means to be able to go beyond several oceans and continents and to still always have your own sea port to return back and to ankor there , and someone always waits for you there...
no idea. love most of all means inspiration for life. i can love so many things.....never had the feeling to want to sacrifice every minute in my life. why should i. the world is too fucked to take it seriously.
ps. also the family thing... inever understood it....i am not fouunding any families before 2012.
